The customer support at service department was horrible. The quality of customer service has deteriorated recently. It is time for the management team to take a closer look at some of these customer representatives.

We came yesterday for the third time to have one of the tires checked. They finally found the puncture on the side which a tire replacement is required. What happened next was beyond our imagination. Our rep named Justin asked us to pay for the replacement because he can t be sure whose fault it is for the puncture.

As our car was bought brand new just a year ago, everything should still be under manufacturers warranty including tires. Instead of trying to find ways to help us, Justin kept pushing us to buy a new tire . After we said NO, Justin rudely hang off the phone. This behaviour was unacceptable. We had great experience in buying the car. The quality of service, on the other hand, is very bad.
