We stayed as part of a wedding block. While the rooms were nice, the service was terrible. Check-in staff was visibly annoyed when I asked to leave a key at the desk for another member of our group to pick up later (because she was at the spa on site) and (apparently) practically threw it at her when she stopped to get it. They couldn't be bothered to help with basic information about the shuttle for our wedding group. We also requested to have the room cleaned in the evening while we were at the wedding, yet no one ever came to clean it. If we hadn't arrived back after midnight, we would have asked the front desk to have it done ASAP when we returned.
Based on the poor service we received while part of a wedding party, I won't be considering paying full price for this hotel the next time I'm visiting the area.
