I would not recommend this hotel. The staff are very rude. The only positive part in staying at the hotel was the breakfast. My husband and I drove 8.5 hours to go to Nashville for our Anniversary. When we checked we did not get a hello, we had a man just stare at us like we were lost. Finally after the awkward check-in, my husband and I went to the room we were assigned to, and bam, when we open the door it was dirty with trash every where, deffintly was not cleaned. When my husband went back down to the front desk he was questioned on what he really seen. After 20 mins we were given another room. This room was a little cleaner. The head board had stuff on it, we had to put a sheet over it. BBQ sauce was on the skirt. Hair on the pillows, thank goodness we brought our own pillows and blanket. What a experience for our Anniversary trip. We did not get a sorry from the staff or any discount for the trouble or inconvenience we were given, instead we had rude staff all weekend. Oh and if you run out of toilet paper at night, dont expect anyone to bring you a roll. Our room did not get cleaned not once in our 4 da y stay. Oh and the beds are very hard, my back hurt for days after checking out. I would find another hotel, this place is not worth the money they charge.
