We hired Innovative Basement Systems to handle our radon mitigation and were very pleased with the work. Travis, one of the managers, was the one who came to install the system. He was wonderful in so many ways - he came to our house early before my wife and I left for work to walk us through what he was going to do. He answered all of our questions and shared his exemplary technical knowledge. He was passionate about his work, paid attention to all the details, was super friendly and personable. After he finished installing the system, he walked us through all the work he'd done and told us what to expect from the mitigation and things to be aware of during the really cold winter months. We loved the job he did and that he takes pride in his work. It definitely showed!
