When we were in the process of buying our car, eve...

When we were in the process of buying our car, everyone was so nice and all over us with excitement and very helpful. After we purchased our car, we became a number and a bother.
We bought a 2012 Lexus. It didn't have a gear shift knob but was told we would get it asap and they would call me. Was told they take them off before shipping so they won't get stolen. You'd think when we did get one it would be the correct one that goes with the car AND you'd think you'd be called in a timely manner. That did not happen. When I came back to the dealership and spoke with Jason, he did the usual excuse line..."they called and left a message ".
NOPE. It did not happen! No one called! So then he walks over to his desk and picks the knob up and brings it to me. I took it to my car and noticed it did not match the interior, I have the light color wood and the knob was dark wood. I quickly took it back in and told him it was the wrong knob. He came out and looked, then he told some little short dude manager and HE said, in so many words, that's what you get.
I was so disappointed and felt like I no longer mattered as a customer, (papers are signed). So the next few days go by and my soninlaw and I come back up there. He goes in and talks with the manager. Supposedly the manager said they would try to find one. I've never heard back. This is sorry customer service. I felt screwed. Then about a month goes by and I call Jason to set up my window tint for the 2nd time, (I missed the first appointment ). He said he will go talk to the tint guys and will call me back. That was several weeks ago. Today I'm going to call again and set up another appointment, HOPEFULLY . We shall see how it goes.
I will NEVER buy another car at Mac Churchill again. You are just a paycheck! Lousy after purchase customer service! !
