Absolutely the worst customer service of any compa...

Absolutely the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with. Never talked to an actual person the first time and got swept up into the "press this button" vortex. Received a phone that got "disconnected" after "Hello, my name is click". As I write this review I have been waiting for 1 hour and 23 minutes trying to talk with a representative.
