Never again will i buy a car from this ford! Took more than a week to get my buying contract after demanding for it! Some new thing they do by emailing you your contract instead of giving you papers after purchased. I called several times and was told that i would get a call back, no responses. I had to call and demand for this to get done.
No professionalism what so ever, not even a business card was given to us after our purchase. Thought that was highly rude and not professional. I wasnt going to ask for one knowing i was not going to buy here again. I am a business owner so i can honestly say this place is bad business and seems like they are there for only the commission. Not good, very poor customer care and customer service. No follow up calls asking how we like the car not one cent of care that we even bought the car. After finally getting the email of my contract (Oscar said he supposedly sent after purchase, was a lie also) the finance guy (Oscar) tried to make it right and asked if we wanted gas, car wash etc. For all his bad doings. We passed and explained that you can't change the way you missed treated us as customers, sadly he is just unprofessional. You see as a business owner I I stay professional at all times, there is no room for error. In a professional place as a dealer you must also stay professional at all times and have no room for error. You are dealing with ranges of low wealth, mid-wealth, high-wealth individuals seeking to buy a car and must maintain a equal customer care deliverance. You can not be filtering individuals who walk in a car dealership looking to buy and drop your professionalism. This is what I observed waiting the 2 hours while purchasing my vechile at this ford dealership. Young, unprofessional, and out of sequence. The over look to this place needs to open his/her eyes. Very unsatisfied customer.
