I researched and priced at 7 different dealers and narrowed it down to 2. John Ramon, Curry's online sales person, was very helpful, answered my questions and we agreed on a price. When I came into the showroom at Curry, I was given a friendly greeting by each person I passed. Max Fisencko was my assigned sales representative. Even though I came in 2 days earlier than expected, he had everything ready so that I could get my new plates and process my paperwork seamlessly. John Ramos even came over to say hello and put a face to the emails. So nice!
When I came to pick up my car, Max went over all the improvements on my new CRV EXL. Since I had my last CRV EXL for 12 yrs, there were many, many mind-boggling things to learn. Max had a very nice pace, allowing me time to process and to ask questions. His personable manner made purchasing my new car a very happy and exciting experience.
Max even called a few days later to see if I was enjoying my new car and to see if I had any questions... which I did.
