I am having a hard time even giving this dealershi...

I am having a hard time even giving this dealership 1 star. I was paying cash for a commercial vehicle and the GM approved an amount as long as I provide my credit card for a $500 deposit. I agreed and he negotiated the price down by $500 more. However, I provided my personal credit card information, they did not call, but TEXT me back and said that the GM would not approve it now. No real reason only that they would not go below a certain amount AFTER THEY already asked for my credit card and said it was a deal. I am so frustrated and not a nice way to treat customers.
