Booked a room but did not get there until after mi...

Booked a room but did not get there until after midnight and they said they didn't have my room for me.
They claimed it was a maintenance issue but my guess is they figured I was not going to show because it was late and sold the room again to get more money.
Also booked through a 3rd party so they just blew me off and said to call my booking agent for the refund.
Would not even bother to talk to me after that.
Rude, unreliable, and not unhelpful at all. Also I'm guessing dishonest.
Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.
