Recently bought my second Maxima from Jones Junction Bel Air Nissan. Salesman again is Jay Region but I also found Larry Kropff, who I believe is head of customer relations, very professional and eager to address the few concerns I had with both experiences. I believe the culture at this facility, among the sales staff and in customer relations is truly one committed to making sure customers have a positive experience. I would not have come back a second time if that was not the case. Thanks Larry and Jay for making sure this experience was in the spirit of making sure a dedicated Jones customer a satisfied Jones customer! Drew Berry and Brenda Fowler-Berry
