EMC was very professional, and upfront regarding what needed to had to be done to fix my air conditioner. They were able to come to my house the same day! The three other companies that I called would not have been able to look at my AC for almost a week. We are happy with the service, price, and they explained what repairs my air conditioner needed. They kept me involved, and I appreciate that. We purchased their maintenance service now; I no longer have to worry about my system. I recommend this company.
