Update:: my mom went to pick up her plates and they decided to set up a google acccount with her and wrote their own commment under her name Iris Prosper. Our lawyer has been contacted and the media will have a field day with this!!! The comment below from Iris Prosper is completely inaccurate and was written by staff. When we called to find out why they did that no one had an answer of course! Beware of this fraudulent place. They also charged my mom fees that weren t suppose to be charged. She s still waiting for her check. Disaster of a dealership. The owner should be ashamed having these type of crooks working there. The owner is probably just as bad!!

Horrible dealership. Very disappointing as my mother purchased a vehicle from them and put a very significant amount down as a down payment. Still waiting for her registration 3 weeks later!!!! Salesman never picked up his phone once to my mom or I. And the supervisors are even worse. I m sure they received their commission from the purchase on time though!! From the beginning it was a horrible experience. We ve learned our lesson with Jersey City Chevrolet on Communipaw!
