Oxygen sensor went on my Impreza. I took the car to my mechanic who has been fixing our family's cars for 20 years and I trust. The sensor was under warranty, but 1st Canadian would only approve the cheapest part, that my mechanic would refuse to install. When I called to request reimbursement for the better part, they were rude and unhelpful. Would not recommend purchasing the insurance again.
