We have been here for a week, everything has been good, food accommodation and nice staff. However, poorer service than expected, you should not have to cancel your lunch because you had to wait an hour, 30 minutes for something to drink at the pool which happened a number of times. It's not ok for a 5 star hotel.
If there are too few employees or too many guests I do not know and this is not something you should consider as a hotel guest.
So because of that, they should only be 4 star
