Company is too good !!! and working environment is also too good !!! But partiality is going on in interview between south and north candidates !!!

i am from north side and rejected me 2 time in managerial round even my technical was good !!!

Please give chance to that candidate who deserve for it !!!

i can't change ur system alone , i can only share my opinion !!!
