Took my car in to have the rear taillight replaced...

Took my car in to have the rear taillight replaced and was taken care of by David Gilbert, who did awesome. David explained the process, was clear about the cost estimate and factors that would influence that estimate, kept me informed of delays and time durations throughout my visit, and made his direct number available to me should I have any questions or concerns about upcoming service requirements they discovered my vehicle would need soon. I felt he was genuine and sincerely concerned about my best interests. I had marginal contact with the other staff, but I m sure Sterling McCall Acura is very successful if they hire and train more people like David Gilbert.
