I wish I could give 0 stars. Worst experience I have ever had at any hotel around the world. Checked into a "suite" and I use that term loosely. The room was dirty and looked old and dated. Attempted to change rooms and was offered no help at the desk even when trying to pay to upgrade to the next tier of suites. I canceled the room and left. Days later a charge for $79 appears on my credit card when I didn't even use the hotel. I will never stay at this hotel again.
