We are members of the Denver zoo, so going into the zoo is as easy as exiting it. We enjoy the animals and watching them as they build new exhibits, as they ve built more on each visit. I wish there was more security or zoo staff on hand on their busy days as most parents do not stop their toddler-7 year olds from climbing on my sons wheelchair to see an animal. They do provide wagons and electric wheelchairs at low cost. The food is good if you choose to eat at the park. I do wish they gave access to water, cheaper that $5.00 a bottle (demotes 1 star for that). The vending machines have been busted and took our money the last two times we were there, use at your own risk. Otherwise this is my top places to waste a day away, we love it and hope you do too :)
