We are very happy with the entire process. Every message and mail returned promptly. Questions answered in a timely fashion. The process, as explained by Roger, was exactly what occurred from planning to financing, and all the way through installation. Our project manager Yezzi maintained contact with us throughout and the installation team led by Cody G. did an awesome job. The jobsite was kept clean and organized, any questions we had were answered immediately. The installation team was prompt, friendly, and efficient. The first day, with just Cody G. and L.A., the job proceeded exactly as explained and quickly. The following two days the team members increased with Leo, Dylan, Austin F. and Cody H. joining in to finish 13 windows and one sliding door in three days! Day two had Matt QA/Trainer show up to check on things and the last day brought Andy the Installation Manager onsite to walk around and look the job over. It was very comforting to have absolutely no surprises, no gotcha s, no situations where you thought things might not be all that they seem. The professionalism shown by the entire crew has now set the standard for any other craftsmen that we hire!
It's been a week since the finish of the installation process and we are enjoying the windows and door and feel extremely confident that our money was very well spent.
