Coming into this course, I had no idea what to look forward to. Once meeting our instructor Steve Lee at the GoodLife Northridge location, I was more than happy to be receptive to everything he had to say. Never in my life have I've been so happy to realize that I don't know a damn thing about personal training. After the 3 day course I feel inspired to learn more, and that's priceless. Once again it's Steve Lee at the GoodLife Northridge location. Prepare to be inspired.
