Beside the fact that they do not help you when filling out the forms, they also do not correct mistakes when you bring them to attention. Due to status change I had to withdraw my $ ahead of time. When brought to my attention that I made a mistake, I ve tried to correct but not that only I lost count of the customer representatives who are not willing to help, I was also told that they can not make the change since that s what I selected initicialy. Now when I was told I will have to send a letter to IRS with an explanation, I reached out to the lady I worked with and asked for wroten statement of what they told me, and here we are 3 weeks later and as much emails not responded. Not to mention the poor professionalism of the people I ve talk over the phone and how uneducated are for many things. Will never work with this company for so many reasons! One star is even too much.
