Ordered under the premise of 2day shipping. Received one shipping notice that order was shipping out on Dec 7 with no tracking info. Received a second ups notice that package will arrive on the 15th, which is 12 days after I ordered. Also received an apology email about an abundance of orders. They are a Christmas store, how do they not anticipate that this time of year???? Very disappointed, will likely not order again.
