Very unfriendly and unhelpful. Bought a ticket online and when we tried to pick it up in the ticket office (as they say you can do), the ticket was nowhere to be found in the app. No problem, things happen. But talking to a ticket agent, we were told that it must have been used on some other phone, so she wouldn't just issue us with a new ticket. So we ended up having to buy a new one and dispute the price later. Useless customer service.
