Words CANNOT express how exceptional this company is! My point of contact was "Polly" and she was THE BEST. With the damage to my home and the emotional roller-coaster I was going through during that time, and having to situate my hubby and kids, it was "trying" to say the least. BUT POLLY and her Hotel Team were so AMAZING! I never had to worry where we were going to sleep, the furnishings, and we never had to worry about any of the details of even possibly placing our animals. ALE w/Polly made sure that our Hotel and Apartment were furnished down to every detail, clean, safe and "pet friendly".
