My latest experience at this restaurant involved not only terrible service, but also food poisoning and questionable money handling. It took about twenty minutes from the time me and five friends sat down to the time our waiter decided to grace us with his presence to take our drink orders. Half an hour later or so, we began to receive our meals in fragments, which our server simply shrugged it off as being the kitchen's fault. When it came time to pay for our meal, an individual in our group tried three different credit/debit cards to pay for his meal, which the server insisted weren't working, despite having worked earlier in the day. It wasn't until after this person validated that, indeed, each one of those cards should have been sufficient, that we began to contemplate what our server must have been trying to accomplish, which could not have been good. And to top everything else off, I was violently ill later in the evening from what had to have been food poisoning at the Ale House.

The worst part about this whole situation is that the management doesn't care to hear your concerns, as a simple phone call to report food poisoning is flippantly received and disregarded. I wouldn't even try eating there - their food is certainly not worth the hardship.
