Booked in for MOT and Break fluid service, I double checked the day before and emailed on the day that I dropped off the car, but it all went wrong, I called later on Tuesday to pay, they didn t know the car was there. They didn t think to call and ask if I had dropped it off. I had emailed in in the morning but there was no reply the person was out of the business and no one was checking the email. I didn t call because the last two times I called it took forever to speak with someone.



However buying a mini or bmw I expect great quality and exceptional service. I have not had this. The Mini is great to look at and great to drive, but the quality of the product is not great, it s not the same quality as a BMW, and then I have issues and problems around the service department. It s not been a great experience perhaps my expectation is too high.

It s all been spoken about this morning and sorted which is great. I m not after anything I just want a great reliable product (which its not) and great service (which I don t have). Another example of this when you call it take 15 mins to get to speak to someone if you dial the main number, I expect better than this.

Because of all this, and having purchased BMWs and Minis since 2004 15 years and all the cars only being serviced at your dealerships I m off to Fiat on Saturday to test drive a 500. You may have lost a customer who knows and I ve had 10 minis, with my first brand new Mayfair in 1988. It s been great fun, but not great quality or great service.

You wanted feedback I hope it helps and please get the quality right with great service, that s all I want.
