To say my relationship and experience with The McIntyre Group has been exceptional would be an understatement. My relationship with my recruiter, Jaime Laufer, has extended over the past 5 years and in that time she has worked with me to accomplish and support my career goals. From starting as a freelance proofreader to now being a Senior Project Manager, her understanding of the job market and my long-term goals has made not only what I do fulfilling but also has helped support my family. When I needed a full-time job that allowed me to work remotely part-time she found one. Two years later, when I got laid off while on maternity leave, she was the first person I called. Three weeks later, I was accepting a full-time job at a phenomenal company with a great salary and benefits.
