As a customer of FNBSM for over 30 years, the staff is not only cheerful and polite, but knowledgeable. On the few times where I had a problem, staff was available to help me find a solution. With the current pandemic, I especially appreciate the safety measures the bank has adopted to protect the public and their staff. The art displays in the bank add a smile to my face.
