I want to start off by saying THANK YOU to Gary Pulgarin, John Nguyen and Paul Papis. To Gary and John, I really appreciate the fact that you LISTENED to me regarding what I wanted and you were not pushy. Very accommodating. Perfect example, when I expressed to please only run my credit application to the bank I chose, you honored my request. That was so major for me. My last car buying experience with another dealership in 2011 was horrible and I paid that price for 5 years until now. That nightmare is behind me thanks to you all. You guys really don't understand how much I appreciate the experience you offered me. It was the best. And the process was super quick which was another plus for me. I don't generally write reviews but I had to do so because my experience with you guys far exceeded my expectation. And I will post my gratitude on a few sites because it is truly deserving.
