I haven't serviced my car with Tom Kadlec for quit...

I haven't serviced my car with Tom Kadlec for quite some time, and the reason why I stopped was because the last time I was there I asked one of the service guys to explain what was wrong with my car to me so I could better understand. The guy that I spoke to was very rude and talked to me like I was an idiot. I will admit I am not very knowledgeable when it comes to car issues and technical problems. But that's the whole purpose of me bringing my car in, is because there is something wrong and I need it fixed and obviously don't understand enough to do it myself. After that I was very put off and felt that I could find better customer service elsewhere (which I did).

I went back a couple of weeks ago to the new location to purchase new windshield wiper blades. Slightly hesitant because of my last encounter there but I figured, new location whatever I'll give it another chance. The gentleman at the parts department was very helpful and friendly and then I asked if someone would be able to put them on for me and he directed me to the service area and instructed that someone would be able to help me there. I took the blades and stood in front of the service desks waiting for assistance. There were about 4 or 5 people there, none of which offered to help me, asked if I needed assistance or even acknowledged me. I stood there for more than 5 minutes then left.

Coming from someone who has worked in customer service, to ignore a customer, not even acknowledge that they are standing there is horrible. If someone would have said "be right with you" I would totally understand! I know times can get busy. But to have been treated rudely and now ignored I do not plan on coming back to this location nor would I tell a friend to go there. Very disappointed.
