Horrible hygiene when it comes to resetting tables...

Horrible hygiene when it comes to resetting tables and filthy glasses. Waited half an hour just to get a sweet potato load fries and normal loaded fries, got given one with out the toppings on and asked the staff to redo the order and got back chatted. When staff was cleaning tables they just wiped the scratches onto the floor. Horrible service, definitely not my normal coffee club experience. The meals didn't look anything like the photo displayed and poorly presented
