Absolutely ridiculous treatment on Saturday night ...

Absolutely ridiculous treatment on Saturday night (Nov 24th). Undertand that it was a crazy rainy night and bars were running packed but we were literally kept hanging for 2-3 hours without proper communication and information.

Series of events:
1) We reached there at 9:45 pm (luckily my friend had taken her car) and we were told we are 14 in line
2) At around 11:22 pm we were told we are 5th in waiting
3) At around 11:45pm we reached the bar coz there was no further communication, we were told lucky us we were now 2nd in line
4) By that time we were tired waiting so we decided to hit another bar. We thought we would return as soon as we get a message from them
5) To our utter disappointment there was no communication by Death & Co management at all. We again followed up at 1:20pm but got no response.

What kind a of ridiculous entitled attitude these bars run.. zero regard for other's time.

My advise to death and Co is just be honest, say as it is and turn away people if you can't accommodate... Just say 'NO'. There is no point wasting other's Saturday night just cuz you might, just might be able to accommodate more customers.

My advise- do not waste time here... In all probability all you will be made to do is to WAIT
