I just want you to know that I will never ever buy...

I just want you to know that I will never ever buy any bosch and siemens product. I had a broken oven. Mid of March I contacted to you and your partner Homewide. Managed to bring them home on 21.4 and than I am waiting 2 spare parts to come and someone to come and fix it. Called many time times to homewide and finally today they said parts reached and now I need to follow up the service person to come. Guys there is something wrong. I should not follow your service company and his staff. Their job is to follow it and come and fix it. Just turn off your oven in the house and live like that for 3 months for no reason and tell me how you feel and what you do. That is me and shame on you all. Bosch and Siemens may not deserve these words but you made it to happen. Shame on you. Shame on you and Shame on you.
