Dan was very helpful in the sales process. He was an excellent liaison between us and the sales manager while keeping it light hearted and fun. Unfortunately, once the papers were signed for the purchase, the service got drastically worse. High pressure sales for extended warranty in the finance department, not prepared for appointments for vehicle protection causing me to wait around a great deal, and they do not call when they say they will. I would not recommend for that reason.
