Bought a 1 Series from this dealership in Septembe...

Bought a 1 Series from this dealership in September. Reasonably priced but I had three issues - the old MOT had the wrong mileage logged (higher than current mileage), this should have been picked up by the salesman but wasn't. The power steering was very heavy and thirdly the engine coolant kept dropping to half its normal level after 30 miles. The garage agreed to take in the car and lent me a 2010 Seat Courtesy car (having told them I do a lot of mileage so needed a reliable car). It broke down 20 mins into my journey to work on M1 in outside lane, very scary. Needless to say the car has been returned and I had a full refund. Staff were helpful and apologetic, but I still had to wait 48 hours for my money to be returned despite them wanting me to pay over before I picked up the car!!
