Charmaine made my day. I was admittedly reluctant to call to get a new quote for motorcycle insurance. She was an absolute pleasure to talk to. She actually made getting insurance a fun thing to do. Anyone who knows me personally can attest to how much I dislike dealing with insurance companies.
