PROS: Location Location!, Pet Friendly, Helpful nice staff, Great outdoor areas and clean rooms, Parking Included!

CONS: The only con I experienced was no breakfast buffet but that is just due to COVID-19 new rules, but they do give the option of a limited breakfast delivered to your room for $12. Also a cute cafe a few store fronts away made this completely fine. I would've like more stocked towels, but now I'm just being picky!

I planned a last minute trip and need a hotel that was pet friendly and within walking distance to main attractions. This place exceeded my expectations and that says a lot! Since it was last minute they only had one room available which was a lower level unit. I was initially hesitant and the pictures of the room just don't do it justice. It was private, spacious with a window that was bigger than lower level size nicely decorated and practical furnishings like a vanity table and full length mirror. Not to mention an updated bathroom. It is next to a private exit so it was so easy to take my pup right outside when he needed to go. The staff is lovely and pleasant, they even offered to move me to another room the next day that had it's private entrance off the beautiful patio! Brittany and Modesto at the front concierge were helpful and very accommodating and made my stay wonderful. I will definitely be booking here again!

Things to note - Make sure your check in before 12AM
Pet fee was $25 a day (Very reasonable for the area)
You can scheduled breakfast prior to your visit
WiFi signal is strong making remote work very possible
Large Parking Area- Double check with front desk during peak travel times
