Terrible!

Terrible!

Went there for lunch. The food was mediocre and we were overcharged for the meal (charged for an item that we didn't order or receive). I contacted the restaurant once I realised their mistake and explained that they had overcharged me and stuffed up my order.

They didn't apologise at all. Eventually they offered to refund/gift voucher the difference, again without any apologies.

Today, when I went back to use the voucher the staff were unfriendly and made me feel like I somehow owed them.

Will never be going back. Bad experience.
