Let me start out by saying this was my first car buying experience ever, and I never imagined it would go as smoothly and stress-free as it did! I went into this with stereotypes in my head as to how buying a car from a dealership would go and they completely blew me away. I had the pleasure of working with Drew and Adam and they were fantastic! Both were very knowledgeable and understanding of my situation and needs and I drove off the lot with a better deal than I ever thought possible. Drew was very upfront with me from the beginning and was far from your typical pushy car salesman. Quite the opposite, he was very pleasant and informative and wanted to see that I go the best deal for my dollar which I appreciated immensely. I will and have highly recommended Drew, Adam and the rest of the Crown Mini of Richmond team!
