I am extremely thankful to the guys in the service...

I am extremely thankful to the guys in the service department. My experience goes well beyond any reasonable expectation from any business not just an Automotive Shop. I could go on for hours about how they went above and beyond when I was defeated from the worst imaginable period of my life. I was turned away from Jeff Haas (where I purchased my car!), and another dealership which is located within a mile from my home. Stranded without transportation, the manager Dustin, sent a young man named Gage to pick me up, and assess the situation with my Mazda6. Gage was extremely positive, respectful, and a truly wonderful person that I am thankful to have met. He restored some joy into my shattered world. When I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted by another absolutely wonderful gentleman named Jeremiah who greeted me by name (even though I had never even been to this dealer) and assured me that they would take great care of me and restore my vehicle back to a safe and reliable in no time. I was introduced to Derek who runs the shop and he also pledged to ensure the process was smooth and efficient. Jeremiah and Dustin each called me at least once per day and gave me options to repair my vehicle, restore the maintenance items, and a plan to accomplish these things within my next three visits at a budget that I feel comfortable with. I was given a loaner vehicle throughout the process which completely saved me! Next February, (so long away!) I plan to purchase a new vehicle. Based on the experiences I had previously with other Mazda dealers, I was not even considering another Mazda. Now, I am certain to be purchasing a CX-9 from my dealership, Mazda of Clear Lake.
