Came in for a factory VW radio code that is suppos...

Came in for a factory VW radio code that is supposed to be given for free from the officials. They asked me to wait for two hours until they get the code and pay $35. Same day I went to Clarkdale Volkswagen on Main street and got the code in 5 minutes for free.
