5 star food and drinks, but quite poor service. Our server didn't greet us with anything more than a "what can I get you?" Didn't ask how we were or where we were from considering it's in a popular area of the city, nothing. She got straight to the point of order and get out of my face, which was surprising given how much money we came in willing to spend. We ordered afternoon tea for the two of us, and she appeared dismayed that we didn't each decide to get our own set of biscuits, scones, etc. She didn't come back to check on how our food and drinks were, and closed out two tables around us warmly without even coming back to our table to offer to cash us out. I had to stop her walking by to get our check, and she responded with "sure, yeah, I'll get that for you". The only saving grace was the nice and friendly manager, who came at the end and took the time to talk to us for about two minutes and ask us how everything was. I understand they are a busy establishment, but was still very disappointed with the service. Maybe try to treat every patron the same to avoid these negative reviews.
