I hope this note finds you well. I work for a very large company in the Sales and Service wing. My team and I are responsible for securing, managing, and retaining my company's most important clients. With that being said, I know outstanding service when I see it.

I have been researching a potential laptop replacement for myself as I travel for business quite often.
