I hope this note finds you well. I work for a very large company in the Sales and Service wing. My team and I are responsible for securing, managing, and retaining my company's most important clients. With that being said, I know outstanding service when I see it.

I have been researching a potential laptop replacement for myself as I travel for business quite often. I had a number of questions about a few different options including numerous components as well as XoticPC itself. Joseph was not pushy, was extremely knowledgeable, and answered every question I had thoroughly. To say that I was impressed would be a significant understatement.

As a supervisor, I am sure you deal with angry and unsatisfied customers all day long so I hope this email comes as validation of something you already realize... high-quality employees like Alex are what make the difference in consumers purchasing products from you or one of the many competitors out there.
