"BEST CUSTOMER CARE WHILE BUYING A CAR"

We first went to check out the certified pre-owned LR4s' they had in stock. This was the most pleasant way to shop for a car I have ever had. At no point did my wife and I feel like we were being attacked by the typical car salesman. They simply asked us which vehicles we were interested in and then sent us on a test drive with on the car tech specialist (once was with Romy and once with Salvo) . This are younger guys who pretty much know all about the details and gadgets of the vehicles. It was great to go on a test drive without the sales personnel, because I felt like I could be more honest with the representative and with my wife. Once we decided on the vehicle we sat with Chad Holland, who is the manager of the dealership. "Chad was the best", with no exaggeration. He helped us get to where we felt comfortable with terms and was not pushy at all. I want to note that we were there about a week before and when we left that first day, Chad simply said think about it and let us know... there was no trying to change our minds about leaving and there was no chasing us out of the store trying to get us to talk to another manager, like how it is at a lot of the other dealerships.

Now is when the real action comes into play. We were buying the vehicle on the last day of the year and we were the last customer out of the facility. We hopped on the highway and "BOOM" the car feels a little funny and the dash starts signaling warnings and is telling us not to exceed 30 miles an hour and that there is a suspension fault. On top of it all it was pouring rain all day and freezing out. This was a buyers nightmare. I pulled over to the side of the road (on the shoulder) got out and saw that one of the tire went flat and that the truck had lowered it's air suspension down. I didn't know what to do .... I called Chad and there was no answer (remember we were the last customers out). I left a message and proceeded to contemplate trying to change a tire on our new car or calling a tow truck??? And then less than five minutes later Chad called me back and was as surprised as me to what was going on. Chad asked where I was and said he would bring me a loaner and then wait / go with the tow truck to bring the vehicle back to the dealership to be corrected after the holiday (IT WAS NEW YEARS EVE). The next week Chad had the vehicle gone through by the service dept. and replaced the faulty tire and opposing tire as well, so they wear correctly. Once the vehicle was inspected and Chad felt comfortable he had the truck delivered to our house.

Chad Holland, I am so thankful that you called me back and came out to the rescue. It was such a pleasurable experience, all things considered. The Knauz Auto Group has really proven their worth to me and that they truly take customer service to the next level.
