I had presently purchase a home in Grants Pass to move back to my child hood place. The home was posted under John l Scott Real Restate i got a hold of mine to make the buy from John. What a nightmare it has been with the man Everythings good tell you get the keys and your then told its AS IS .. I didn't sine that. Nice appliances if they worked no papers on anything on the home. To top it off avoiding my Realtors Calls..... Never ever buy from this Real Estate there your bedroom nightmares. And worse they just had you dump more into a home then what you thought you were buying.
