I really enjoyed the customer service at Snog the Frog. I had called them the day before I collected my costume, and the next day when I went there the ones I wanted to try on were already been put aside for me! This is outstanding!

I somehow picked the wrong one and called the store to see what my options were. The staff said they would wait for me if i was going to be a little bit late. It was a Saturday which is the kind of day where everyone just want to chill and go home on time so after hearing what I was told, I couldn t believe it.

I really appreciated all the help I was offered. I d definitely recommend this store to my friends
