Stopped here with my toddler to stretch our legs while on a road trip, didnt know it was residents only but we were only there 30 minutes or so and didn't get any trouble. The smaller playground is great for toddlers and the lake with the fountain provided nice scenery. I will say, we probably would have stayed longer but there were some sketchy characters that showed up and really gave me a bad/feared for my safety type of vibe. I couldn't get out of there fast enough.
