From the moment I hit ER, through trauma, ICU and then observation in a normal room for another day, the nurses and doctors took amazing care of me. I was constantly kept in the loop re diagnosis and status (admittedly I kept asking questions) and the care and consideration of each staff member was outstanding. From my experience
