Arrived for an oil change (previously scheduled) and was the only car in the garage and their were at least 10-15 staff members without customers. However, it took 10 minutes till someone came to the car and after I asked The front desk what I was suppose to do. The employee was not friendly or helpful. It must be noted, it was Friday at 2pm and It felt like they just wanted to get me out of there. I will not be returning.
